1.2. Blandy Travel & Shipping operates primarily within the following core business lines:
- Shipping & Port Agency: Provision of port agency services for cruise ships, cargo vessels, and yachts, shipowner representation, port operations management, husbanding, and maritime logistics;
- DMC (Destination Management Company): Design, organization, and operational management of corporate events, incentives, conferences, and incoming DMC services for groups and businesses;
- Shore Excursions (Shorex): Design, planning, and execution of shore excursions and tours for cruise line passengers and vessel crews;
- Travel Agency & Tourism: Organization and intermediation of corporate travel, executive transport, and custom travel itineraries upon request.

- Specific Conditions by Business Sector
3.1. Shipping & Port Agency Services
The provision of shipping agency services, husbanding, and port assistance is governed by the specific terms of individual Agency Agreements, local Port Authority regulations, maritime customs, BIMCO standards, and applicable maritime law.
3.2. DMC and Shore Excursions (Shorex) Services
Services provided as a DMC or Shore Excursion operator are subject to specific booking conditions, deposit terms, minimum participant requirements, and cancellation policies agreed upon in the dedicated proposal or commercial contract approved by the Client.
3.3. Travel Agency Services
Where package travel or travel services are contracted through the travel agency division, the service provision is subsidiarily subject to applicable Portuguese and European travel regulations (Decree-Law no. 17/2018, of March 8, as amended), complemented by the specific terms stated in the reservation confirmation.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics, and software displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Blandy Travel & Shipping or third parties who have authorized their use, protected under Portuguese and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
